Strobes have a “U” shaped 6-8 watt xenon bulb which is much brighter than the “I” shaped 3-5 watt xenon bulb or LED strobes.

They have a C9 (E17) 120 volt base with a flash rate of 3-4 flashes per second.

The AS-ABS weather proof IP44 outdoor rated lens is glued to the base eliminating the need for an “O” ring that can slip and leak. Since the lense is glued to the base this also creates a permanent air tight seal which keeps out moist air eliminating condensation build up and eliminates the need to drill holes in the lense.

*NOTE* These strobes are “NOT” intended for extended use. They can “NOT” be run for hours at a time with being turned off like the ones used at the airports
